Initially inspired by Glasgow's vibrant independent music scene, I first began photographing gigs nearly ten years ago. My work now covers all aspects of the arts and creative industries, documenting music, performance & dance, film, visual arts & installations, education and much more. My clients and collaborators include Arika, Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra, Cryptic, Tectonics, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, The Village Storytelling Centre, Market Gallery, The Lighthouse, Rock-A-Rolla, The Wire, The List, The Skinny, as well as a wealth of local musicians, record labels and promoters.

My partner Ingrid Mur (a.k.a. imurchan) and I also work together as The Drawing Room to offer creative, fine-art wedding photography throughout Scotland, the UK, Spain & worldwide. Ingrid also took this surprisingly handsome photograph.
